Monroe360: Ricky Bell earns Gulf South Conference honors

Brandon Speck of the Monroe Journal reports on a former Aberdeen Bulldog’s big night for West Alabama.

Former Aberdeen football and basketball standout Ricky Bell has been named the Gulf South Conference Defensive Player of the Week.

His West Alabama team knocked off No. 1 North Alabama on the road on Saturday, 31-28.
