South Panola’s multi-sport standout David Renfroe has been nominated for an ESPN ESPY.
Renfroe has been nominated for the Best Under Armour All-American Moment, for his appearance in an All-Star Game held at Wrigley Field. Renfroe hit a home run over the ivy in left field and also struck out five batters to earn MVP honors for Team One. He was the only player to homer in the games featuring some of the best players in the country.
